1. Are your shutters made in Australia?
We offer both imported and Australian made shutters through two of our suppliers. Both products are very high quality with the Australian made product having a 25 year warranty and the imported product with a 20 year warranty.
2. Do you work on insurance jobs?
Yes we do. We have worked with a number of companies in the Toowoomba Region for the supply and installation of products that have been damaged and claimed through insurance providers.
3. Do you work with building companies?
Yes we do. We have a number of long term relationships with builders in the Toowoomba region.
4. I am about to build a new home. Can you quote from my plan?
Yes we can. You can either drop a copy of your plan into our showroom or send a copy via email and we can provide a quote for the products you have in mind. Please note however, that any quotes from plans are subject to a final check measure on site once the house has reached lock up stage and the windows have been installed.
5. What are your currently delivery times?
Due to COVID-19 our standard delivery times from our suppliers have changed. We can't provide a delivery time until an order has been placed with our suppliers.

7. What are your payment terms?
Upon receiving approval for a quote, we ask for a 50% deposit. We will not place the order with the supplier until the money has arrived in our account. Payments can also be made via direct deposit, EFTPOS in our showroom and with cash.
8. Can I order items off my quote in stages?
Definitely. We know that there are times when money can be tight or a quote can be a bit more expensive than your budget will allow but we are happy to place orders in stages to suit your budget and timing while still allowing you to update your home with your window wishlist.
